I've ner heard of any real problem related to Herceptin alone. Cardiomyopathy can happen in a small group(4%), but has been prven to return the heart to normal when taken off of this. Legal teams are quick to find fault in pharmeceuticals where they find easy income by way of fault. It is highly likely that they are looking for prospective clients by listing drugs that have any side effects at all. There are all kinds of cases in the medical field and lawyers who need them. Cancer and lawyers are a worrisome mix. Act responsibly before claiming fault.
