Liver Health
 

I posted a reply to a post yesterday about liver health, but I think it might be a good idea to post it here since so many members have expressed concern about liver health during chemo.
There is an interesting article in the October, 2009 issue of Better Nutrition about keeping our livers healthy. Some of the ideas presented by the naturopath who wrote the article might be useful to some of members of this board who are having liver problems as a result of chemotherapy.
