I am 50 years old with bc/mets to lungs diagnoised Aug. 2002 been on 7/8 different chemo's navelbine te only one that worked for 3 months. I am now on herceptin and tomoxfen just found my c7 in neck is broken from cancer growing. They want to operate and take out all the bone all the cancer they can and then do radiation. If they do not I will become a parpeligic not good. I am so scred I am hoping someone else has been down this road and can give me so insight. I did very well with all the chemo's worked did all my everyday chores but the surgery really scares me.This surgery is very serious and now that I am on tomoxfen I worry about blood clots. I need insight and prays. I am not a quitter from the beginning I have said I would never give up this fight. I still feel the same way. Hope to hear from someone soon.
