Okay...
For those of you who have escaped the need for a mastectomy...sometimes, after reconstruction...they tatoo new "nipples" onto the reconstructed breast. Since I'm sitting here recovering from a double Mx...I thought this was a hoot!

I like the eyebrow one. 18 months post chemo and I still have super thin eyebrows and virtually no eyelashes. Bleh!!

Chemo ate my eyebrows!!! That reminds me of that Lady GaGa song, "...he ate my heart....that boy is a monster!" Cancer is a monster that eats our eyebrows (and nose hairs...).

I went by the surgeon's office to schedule my port removal (which has now been postponed again) and she asked me if I had ever been there. I told her that I hadn't been there recently because every time I came there I lost body parts.

How odd what this chemo crap effects...each of us differently...I haven't loss my eyebrows or lashes...going on 4th treatment the 10th...hopfully I'll keep them!!!!

Somewhere NeDenise is wearing a new T-shirt and making someone laugh. She may have lost this fight but if anyone should have wings it should be her. As I have glanced over the forums the last few days it amazes me how often she posted to wish someone a happy birthday or to encourage someone. Or just to make us laugh.
