For those needing a second opinion
 

My amazing oncologist recently started a very unique company. Her specialty is stage 4 Breast cancers and high risk breast cancers. I love her and when I heard what she was doing I had to share. She created a consultation company helping patients evaluate their current treatment, review clinical trials they may qualify for and non-traditional alternatives. She looks amazing. Lovely webpage. This service is so needed. To have someone you can go and discuss options and treatments and be sure via second opinion that you have had the best advice.
But I imagine she would end up with a lot of people who started with oncologist/surgeon etc who were not too good, and had provided inappropriate or bad treatment, and she would then be trying to correct things part way through. Which could be a heart-breaking job for her I imagine.
