Brachytherapy and cyber knife

Hello,
In what cases are Brachytherapy (internal radiation) and cyber knife used? I have only heard of cyber knife in connection with the brain but is it ever used elsewhere? And I don't often here about brachytherapy although it seems more direct for a solid tumor. Can anyone explain these therapies use to me, thanks.

Cyberknife can be used anwhere in the body. There are restraints in the number of lesions and the size of each tumour. Extracranial lesions are normally limited to 3.
