not to get too alarmed--FDA has also warned Glaxo within the past 24 hrs to be sure not to be so cavalier by not listing potential side effects, including cardiac side effects (decreased LVEF left ventricular ejection fraction) just to be sure they mention/point out to patients and their doctors that this is not a sugar pill without potential side effects
