When many feel they have run out of options I mention Dr. Day who used juicing, diet, religion, etc to overcome her cancer.

I am not so anti-doctor as she is with the treatment of cancer, but I do believe she has some good ideas.

For many chemo, surgery and radiation have been life saving. We see a move in the industry to more targeted treatments and the use of the immune system in fighting cancer. Someday we will be able to determine a better way of fighting cancer.

For those of use who want to prevent a recurrence - we can borrow some of Dr. Day's ideas.

Sunlight, fresh air, healthy eating, plenty of fresh water, healthy beliefs all go a long way in supporting our health.
