SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 14 -- An adjuvant chemotherapy regimen that substitutes docetaxel (Taxotere) for doxorubicin (Adriamycin) is more effective in early breast cancer, seven-year follow-up of a randomized controlled trial showed.
