Mom's passing
 

Hi everyone. I wanted to let all of you know that my sweet Momma died yesterday three days after her 59th birthday. She never logged on to a computer in her life but I kept her updated on all of the new treatments through the wonderful and supportive people on this site. My Mom used to joke that I would mention new treatments years before her oncologists. I have to admit that my Dad, brother and I are struggling right now. We are all heartbroken. Even though I didn't post often, I just wanted to thank you all for "being there" for me late at night when I couldn't sleep and needed to feel hopeful. You are the strongest group of people I know and I will never forget your kindness and support.

Sorry about your Mom, Brittany. I lost my dear father at age 59 (heart attack). I send you my sincerest wishes for comfort to you and your family.

I to lost my Mom at the age of 58 and that was 15 years ago.

I am so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. Maybe she is finally getting to meet the members who have earned their wings. You did a great job of helping her keep updated, and be proactive about her health problems. Peace, to you and your family. Take care.
