My new chemo cocktail - Exemestane, Tykerb an Ainitor....anyone else??

Just reaching out to you all to see if anyone has been on this combo?
I started the Exemestane on Monday, I'll start Tykerb next Monday, Afinitir the following Monday.
Looking for any remedies or tricks to manage the side effects.......Tykerb rash/acne? Does the rash a one time thing or something that if happens, it will keep happening?? The big D? How soon does it happen after taking it? Is it better to take in the AM or PM? I'm going back to work so I'm just trying to prepare. Afinitor mouth sores? I've got my cool whip ready and rx of valtrex Anything other suggestions or tips would be much appreciated!!! I always learn so much on this site!!
