Survival toolbox for upcoming double mastectomies/tram flap and total hysterectomy

Please send me ideas, post mastectomy garments (I'm a DD now),family survival. My girls are 14 and 16, stepson 21, and new husband who can't operate a washing machine.
Are there exercises pre surgery and post surgery. Special diet and supplement recommendations. Any tips are welcome. Thanks in advance!

It's time to show everyone how to operate the washing machine for sure! And the dishwasher, etc.

You are going to not be up for much for at least 4 weeks. They will need to do most of everything. I wasn't able to stand up straight with the TRAM for weeks.

Exercise post surgery, ah no - not authorized until after the surgeon gives the okay.

One of my friends had a website where friends could sign up to provide meals. That would be helpful.

A good plan is to get caught up on movies, book reading, relaxing, phone calls with friends, being pampered.

Put those youngters in charge of taking care of the house. Make it fun.

You will love that flat tummy - 7 years out, 10 pounds heavier and my clothes still fit much much better!
