Anyone going to the MBCN conference at MD Anderson?
 

The Metastatic Breast Cancer Conference at MD Anderson in Houston is coming up November 17-18.

Is anyone planning on attending? If you would like to meet, contact me privately to exchange cell phone information, I will be staying at the Rotary Marriott across the bridge from MD Anderson.

I will arrive on Friday the 16th in the evening. We have a group of 6 women going from the bcmets.org online support group, and it would be great to join up with those from this board that are attending as well.

I am signed up to go. I am 75% that I will be there. That is the weekend that my niece arrives home from Iraq, so I will play that by ear, as we don't know if she will fly in on Friday, Saturday or Sunday... I will let you know more as I know more.

Are there still rooms at the Rotary, do you know. I plan on coming in because I have to pick up my brother that weekend from his treatment. I need to call and see if I can get one tomorrow. I'd love to meet up..sherry

I just booked my room at the Rotary, they have plenty of rooms left for Friday and Saturday. The date worked out perfect as my brother should be released from treatment on that Sunday. They had to keep him 4 days later last time because of blood counts but hopefully it will work out that the dates match up. sherryg

I will be getting into Houston on Friday late afternoon or evening, and staying at a friend's house over the weekend...
