Liver mets confirmed
I'm just waiting for receptor status. Am I crazy to hope that it's still er-/pr-/her2+ ?

Re: Liver mets confirmed
No, not crazy. It's a pretty "good" kind.

Re: Liver mets confirmed
And pretty likely to be the case.

Re: Liver mets confirmed
Redwolf,
I am really sorry to hear of the newest diagnosis. I see that you hate November. Hang in there, Kiddo, because December is only around the corner and I am believing you will hear good news about your course of treatment for these pesky mets. Sending prayers for complete remission and healing you way. Remember we have lots of Stage IV gals on this site who manage their liver mets as a chronic disease. You will, too. |
Re: Liver mets confirmed
Thanks, Laurel. Really needed to hear this this morning :-)

Re: Liver mets confirmed
Redwolf, I'm sorry to read this news too but my friend was dx with liver mets earlier in the year just had her scan which showed no evidence of disease!!!
I hope you too will have a good response to your tx for this and as Laurel says there are many here to inspire you! |
Re: Liver mets confirmed
Redwolf8812. I am a newbie here, but also have liver met. and I am er-/pr-/her2+. Since I first learned about it in 2009, my goal has been to "Live one day at a time". Each day brings new hope, strength, passion, and inspiration for all of us. Sending healthly energy your way for your tx.

Redwolf...
Just wanted to tell you I'm thinking of you, and praying for you. Please keep us posted about your plan, and more importantly...let us know how YOU are doing...not your health, your spirit. Stay strong! December will be better! Denise |
