NCI gives 'exceptional' rating to Penn's Abramson Cancer Center
 
The National Cancer Institute has once again rated the Abramson Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania as "exceptional," the highest possible rating for an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center.
