Yellowing of the eyes
 

Hi friends,

A dear friend of mine has stage 4 and they have been giving her the something called the smart bomb. It came out last year. She is very private so asking her what exactly is in the smart bomb.
But yesterday when I saw her, her eyes were noticeably yellow. So two questions

1. Can anything other than an issue with her liver, like mets to liver, cause jaundice.
2. If it's in her liver, she is Her2+, what treatment combos could be a good option.

For her2, a smart no.b is tdm-1 (Kalyda) It can cause liver problems and isn't necessarily a sign that there are mets in the liver of she didn't already have them.
