I couldn't agree more. Exercise is KEY to good EVERYTHING. My walk is MY time and I love it.

It is too easy to fall off the wagon with winter and holidays.... but exercise is so basic to doing "well".

(I wish I had an "owner" to take me out and exercise me.)
