Can herceptin be used for her2-??
Is there any evidence at all that herceptin can be used for those that are considered her2-? What about only weakly positive? If so, where is the cut-off? Just asking for a friend.....the theory is that we all have her2 genes, but wouldn't it work even if the overexpression was not as strong?
Any articles or studies? TIA! You ladies ROCK! Rose |
Rose...
I know they are studying where the "cutoff" should be. I know I am weakly positive 3.16 FSH and I had Herceptin. Here's an article and I will see if I can find any current studies. Take care and God bless.

Thank you! Exactly what I needed. I'm heading to ASCO's site now.
