Regulating hormones naturally
 

Hello ladies,
Does anyone have any ideas on how to regulate hormones naturally? Now that I am 40 I am really struggling with some hormonal issues most notably bleeding during sex and very bad acne. It has become quite bothersome.

Any one have any ideas on natural remedies to help even out my hormones?

Was your cancer hormone positive? If so, are you on anti-hormonal therapy? Just alittle more info needed for possible suggestions.

Your question is a very good one. I know you are asking for personal recommendations. However, because breast cancer is an endocrine disease and not enough research has been done for us that is focused in this most logical and natural direction, it is probably necessary for us to get the answers to questions like yours by insisting on having coverage for visits with endocrinologists, and by insisting on having endocrinologists treat us who have training that is specialized for dealing with breast cancer. Right now most are only trained to deal with thyroid issues, diabetes, etc. Until we and/or others are willing to make it happen, we are stuck with specialists who have little or no training or understanding of the endocrine system or how to treat the diseases that involve endocrine glands such as the breasts.
