Results of a Swedish study of mainly premenopausal women atenrollment does not provide any evidence that total dietary fat orintake of monounsaturated fat (MUFA), polyunsaturated fat (PUFA),or saturated fat (SFA) is associated with a woman's overall risk ofdeveloping breast cancer.
