Do We Need a Nutrition Forum?

Hi Joe and Christine,
I sometimes find myself discussing nutrition with the other members of this board. I think nutrition is extremely important in cancer care. I wonder if the majority of our members would like to see a nutrition forum where we could share and discuss what we are doing to help our bodies stay strong during treatments and beyond. If the majority of the members would like to see a nutrition forum would it be possible to add one?
Thank you for considering my request.

Elaine, I think that's a great idea! I know I've changed how I eat since my dx...and I'm always looking for other ways to make improvements. It would be nice to have a forum just for nutrition...wonderful idea. I'm all for it.

Elaine, that's a great idea! Often nutritional tips and discussions are here and there throughout all of the other threads/forums. I bet you thought of this while laying in your hammock eating peaches and yogurt.

Absolutely, we need a nutrition forum. Nutrition can either make or break us during our diagnosis, treatment and other neoadjuvent care. There is so much info out there to share, discuss, and study together. Great idea. Vote me in!

Elaine,
Exactly! I've been wondering the same thing for a while. I think it'd be a nice place to share recipes...(nutritious or otherwise)!

I'm for it - diet and particularly supplements. But how do Joe and Christine feel about it?

Re: Do We Need a Nutrition Forum?

I think it's a great idea, as long as it is written in simple language and you don't need a degree to understand what you're reading. Recently, my brain doesn't seem to be functioning as it should and I start to read a post or article and end up giving up. Maybe it's old age....who knows? But, anyway, I love the idea, I need all the help that I can get.
Hugs
