rsr-13 details?
All,
looking for summary data dump on rsr13 status and effectivity. Christine & Joe said Al is the man with the info on this but we'll take it from any source. Thanks, m&k |
Here are a couple of links that might be useful
Once the page opens, go to item #4
(I presume this is what your looking for) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...steric%5BTI%5D Also, there is quite a bit of info regarding rsr13 (efaproxiral/Efaproxyn) on www.lungcanceronline.org maria |
so no FDA approval yet?
Unless I missed something rsr13 is still in clinical trial. #4 was dated Dec 2005. If so, why is approval taking so long? I haven't seen any negative feedback on rsr13.
Thanks m&k |
it's in stage III trials
MADUBOIS63 hoooked me up with info off-forum. I spoke with someone running local trial and the parameters rule my Maryann out. No one who has had or will have brain surgery can be included. I'm sure that really restricts their pool of eligible folks.
If anyone knows different please let us know. FYI- http://www.allos.com/Amend/images/EN...ite%208-10.pdf m&k |
StephN read this thread on rsr-13
I will try calling the company directly but I was told that Allos won't include anyone who has had or will have brain surgery either conventional resection or radiosurgery.
I spoke about this with Dr Karen Hoffman who is organizing the trial local to us at the following hospitals (see link eariler in this thread for full list): ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Eastchester Center for Cancer Care B ronx, NY Principal Investigator: Dr. Fabio Volterra Contact: Karen Hoffman 718.543.8678 karen@eastchestercenter.com Suny Downstate Medical CenterBrooklyn, NY Principal Investigator: Dr. Marvin Rotman Contact: Joanna Mikhail-Powe or Fazal Hussain 718.732.4000 or 718.270.2181 joanna@eastchestercenter.com fazal.hussain@downstate.edu ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |
