While I beleive the article has great value - I for one was an ideal weight...did not drink (just social) 2glasses of wine maybe a week)....nor smoke...
still got breast cancer. Not complainting by this statement just want to demonstrate to those who are fighting those pounds that women who are thin are still at risk. All we can do is our best to maintain a healthy diet and exercise.
