7 year anniversary
 

Hi everyone
It is 7 years since I was first dx with BC and 2 years 8 months since my recurrence. I have been NED since Dec 2005; 9 weeks after starting herceptin for 1 15 mm liver spot. Going for CT again on 13th May...keeping my fingers crossed.

regime is currently fish oil (2 g DHA, flaxseed oil 15 ml, flaxseed muffins (25 g flaxseed) daily, Q10 150-200 mg, olive leaf extract, natural progesterone cream.

That is what I call "achievement". Perhaps we should take the flaxseed diet more credence. You are a living proof that the diet really matters. Congrat.

Congratulations, Jackie! I've got my fingers crossed and praying for good test results in May for you, but I know they'll be good.

Great news and good luck with the scan. I have got to get on flaxseed. I had bought some fresh and ground it up but quit taking it. I do grape seed, tumeric and green tea. I remember reading flax seed with yogurt was proved beneficial because of the way the yogurt help the body absorb it...I'm going to get some tomorrow and get back on it...sherryg683
