Vaccine and HLA Typing

I am signing up for Walter Reeds vaccine trial and I need to get tested to see if I am HLA positive or negative. If I am negative I cannot participate. This is a recent change. Has anyone done this trial and do you know if you are HLA positive or negative? Just curious how common being positive is cause I really want to get this vaccine.

Hi Europa

I participated in a version of the Walter Reed whereby I got the GP2 along with my Herceptin. I tested HLA positive. I believe that HLA positive is more common than HLA negative.

Be Well and Best Wishes
