I just looked into an IL-10 trial at my center. Nixed it because Herceptin could not be used. Have spoken with Lotze at UPMC as he's written many articles on IL and believes it's definitely a drug to be resurrected. There is a new immuno trial I may have a slot in later this month. Can use Herceptin. Will keep you posted.
