Triple Positive - BluePrint identifies luminal vs HER2 subtypes

Evidently some triple positives have cells that are more luminal than HER2 in their response and these cancers respond better when Perjeta is added in to treatment.

Totally crazy though I thought Perjeta was more standard already, but also in patient forums (I conducted the survey of 35 patients on breastcancer.org) while all patients treated with TCHP experienced responses it was divided in that some HER2+/HR- had PCR and some did not (slight more than half did), and the opposite was true for triple positives (ER+/PR+/HER2+) with less than half, but still a significant number having a PCR. There is obviously more to this story of subtypes.
