hormones running amuck!

Hello ladies...I don't post often - mostly read and learn but, today, I need help. My hormones are running amuck and I'm trying to decide wheather to get something for them or not. I'm not sure my husband (or myself) can stand it any longer. I'm irritable, dizzy, crying for days now....miserable. Is there anyone who has or is taking hormones? I've been NED for 7 years on Feb. 2. Don't want to push my luck ...but, want to enjoy life again. HELP!

I haven't done the hormones, but maybe you could schedule an appointment with your doctor to talk about a mood stabilizer...like Celexa or Lexapro or something like that? I was on one of those for six months, and it really did help. I know how awful those mood swings and crying jags are and what an affect it can have on you and those around you. ((hugs)) Im sorry. Congratulations on the 7 years NED. That is so wonderful.
