True. The bigger problem will be access outside the specific first line metastatic indication.

This reminds me of another drug - call Vitamin H by some here and Herceptin/trastuzumab by others.

There was a severe shortage until Genentech found that they could use Hamsters instead of mice and had a new facility built to make the necessary production possible. They could not even start the adjuvent trials until the supply was assured.

This is the same problem seen in the prostate vaccine Provenge, as well as other new drugs.
