I also have metastatic bc & was inspired by your post--are you er- pr - her2 postive--? I ask because they have you on the herceptin. i was negative for all --i start treatment tuesday with carboplatin & taxol=those drugs were chosen because of the negative recpetor status--my mets are to the bone & i take zometa as well--iwas offered a phaseII trial of vin that you were on--but the drugs next tuesday are what we narrowed it all down to---we actually found my bones mets before the bc-----oxoxox--my prayers are with you kathy
