Tykerb with Avastin

Hi All,

I may be switching from Gemzar to this combo in a couple of weeks. Has anyone had good luck on this combo?

I have been on this Trial for since 3/07 with minor side effects and great energy...after the first 2 treatments 30%decrease in lung met....stable! good luck!

I was on this trial from 4/07 -Dec 07 for liver mets. My best response was stable, which was maintained for 8 months.

It was, for me, a really easy combo to manage with very minor side effects. The Avastin can increase your blood pressure, so be sure to watch for that.
