"Her Spring"
Hello Ladies. I hope you all are well. I wanted to share a poem with you. I wrote this about four years ago, and I want to dedicate it to Nicola and all of the wonderful women on this site.
red rose petals in a bowl fragrant and fresh in the sunshine her tender touch caressing them into a pose of exquisite beauty she had a magic in her hands and whatever she chose to touch was made wondrous.... when she slipped her fingers through your hair, the harshness of your world slipped away, if only for a moment, but a moment can become forever when at the sight of spring's first rose, you drop to your knees, feeling the sweet caress of the breeze slipping through your hair, you close your eyes, and dream of forever.... |
Thanks Bill. Sometimes I imagine what you must be going thru and it takes my breath away. We are here with you too.

Your words bring warmth and shivers at the same time, you truly are magical in your writings, and I love how you change Nicolas pictures...she was a gem! |
Bill, once again...thanks for sharing your beautiful poem
|
Bill, Bill, Bill.... sigh.
(p.s. I love your "location", you are truly special!) |
Poem
Bill, I have to thank you for sharing this beautiful poem . The love you have for Nicola is so profound and deep.
I came across this the other day and it really hit home. Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down on us to let us know they are happy. I like to believe this , as I too have lost a loved one. Hugs and Blessings to you all, Jeanette |
Bill,
Thanks for sharing with us. |
Bill, Nicola was truly blessed to have such a sweet, warm and wonderful caring man in her life, and so are we to have you among us. I love the way you keep changing the pictures to show us so many faces of your life and love. God bless you sir! Love, Jacquie AKA 'WomanofSteel'

You are all so sweet. Thanks for all of the smiles and love you've given me. I'm glad you liked the poem and the different pictures of Nicola. Love, Bill
