Herceptin and Troponin Levels (heart damage enzyme)

Hi people, I have just had an interesting couple of days in hospital. Monday afternoon I felt a bit off colour, so took a panadol and then decided to re-string our cantilevered outdoor shade umbrella, a complex but not heavy job. Went to the shed to get a new tool and realised I was feeling really unwell, clammy, sweaty, heart fluttery and racing, hard to breathe as if wearing a very tight bra. And might faint.

Took my blood pressure. Initial imprecise reading with kitten interuptions was about 145/90, then 112/84 but with a pulse of 168.During the ambulence ride, BP and pulse dropped to normal. At hospital, they found I had a troponin level of 19 Four hours later, troponin level of 46. And then in the morning I had troponin level of 45.

I understand that herceptin, which I last had in Feb, does some temp damage to the heart muscles. Which might either cause release of troponin, or potentiate the heart to be more likely to release troponin in the event of tachycardia. Any ideas? I am proceeding with US and CTangio under a good cardiologist to check it out but wondered if there is any research. I am concerned that a benign situation may be liable to over treatment if wrongly interpreted.
