provides a 36 page brochure entitled "Breast Cancer Survivor Guide" through the doctors. I picked up a copy off the coffee table at the waiting room today before getting my port 'flushed'. On the cover it has an address label of my breast surgeon.

The website provides good information about breast cancer treatment. And patients can fill out a form to request printed copies be sent to their doctor's office. On the inside cover, a 'Health Monitor Guide to Chemotherapy' is mentioned. It is online as well.

Both the brochure and website provides a list of good 'tools' to locate more information related to breast cancer. Examples are "Good Food Choices", "Your Chemo Calendar", "Exercise Your Options"...
