I am so glad I was involved in the forum before the world lost this amazing woman. Her spirit, courage, kindness, and wonderful laughter is part of the reason I decided I had the courage to take my radiation/chemo journey.

Denise was one of my favorites too.

She lived and loved fully. She was feisty, beautiful, caring and kind. I'm sorry she's gone, but so glad to have known her.

Oh Thank you Caya for this post! She was and is still, very important to me. I can't understand and will never understand how and why, since our diagnoses were so close in time, degree, and description, how she got called to heaven and I am still here. Her loving words, and sometimes quite justified spankings of me, were simply the best support I had during my hellish time during chemo and terror about radiation. I will never forget her and her unforgettable positive attitude. May Ted and the boys read the loving care in the posts above mine here.
