Any new info on AI inhibitor after 5 years?

Was there any new info on 5 year survivors who have been on Arimidex or Femera for the duration? My time is fast coming to this time line. My onc doesn't know what to do.

It doesn't look like anybody knows what the best strategy would be:

Last week at my onc. app't I was told that one of the oncs in the practice was already keeping his patients, who were tolerating their AIs well, on them after 5 yrs. This depressed me, but I know that is where they are moving. I think I would take 6months off (or maybe only 3) to allow my body to recover and go back on for a year. I have 4 more years to decide, obviously, but when the time comes I like this cycling idea. Maybe that allows me to tolerate the idea of endless treatment.
