New Year Thoughts

Hi All,
As we enter into another New Year I wanted to take a moment and say a tender Thank You to all. You are a special group of loving and caring people. I thank God each day that we have each other to reach out to when we need the contact.....and especally to be there in those early morning hours to open the site and touch base with others who walk in our old shoes.

The support, advice and love is always felt. So as we all ring in the New Year I wish all Peace and Joy, I pray this year will bring us closer to a cure.

With Love to my Her2 family...
Jean

I agree with everything you so beautifully expressed, Jean! May I add my best wishes for a happy-- and healthy-- New Year to you and to all our "family" on this website. May 2009 be the best year yet, and may we come closer to a cure for all kinds of cancer, but especially BC. Hugs, Tricia

Thank you to all who post.

I found you several months ago and just now have the nerve to join you. I was stage III IBC 8cm,Her2/n +++ E/P-, 14/14 April 2008. My CT/PET Oct. was clear with ? spot on pelvis and hips. I have learned a lot form all of you over the months and plan to learn how to blog myself so I can become part of this awesome family. My faith is strong and my out look is positive.

Sometimes I cry, like now.

Thank you for being there.
The newbie,
Alice

Hi Alice, Welcome to the Her2 family. Although for obvious reasons I'm sorry you had to join us...but that being said this is the best board for support with an awesome group of people.

As to learning how to blog on this board your doing just fine already. :) The tears you mentioned are so normal...this is such a roller coaster ride. Your at a very difficult stage of your dx...I see this only began for you in April...so it has to be tough for you right now. But believe me...we all "get it". Again, welcome to the board and if there is anything we can help you will just ask...we will be here for you.
