Been eating quite a lot of shrimp lately, so I looked up the cholesterol number of shrimp and found this chart:

Thanks Jackie. Shrimp is an excellent lean protein (as long as it isn't fried or sauteed in butter!) It is very low in saturated fat too which I believe is even more important than cholesterol in regards to heart disease. Thanks for posting this helpful chart.
