I could not find to much info about BOS172722. Apparently the human trials are just starting. They are going to combine it with IV Taxol to see the effect on cancers, particularly triple negative breast cancers. Apparently the drug, by interfering with the spindle fibers causes a speeding up of mitosis. Without the drug the mitosis takes about 52 minutes. With the BOS172722 it is sped up to 11 minutes, too fast for the proper lining up of the chromosomes

Ill see what else I can find about BOS172722. Getting info on the internet is not as quick and easy as in the past. Look up the work of Dr. Linda Vahdat. She treated triple negative breast cancer effectively using Ammonium Tetrathiomolybdate coper reduction.
