Excellent resource for nutritional information
 

I highly recommend the ACS Guide to Nutrition for Cancer Survivors. It's title should be Nutrition for All. I rarely read a book like this all the way through, but I couldn't put it down when I started!

My husband is the cook in the family who loves to create his own recipes using spices, seeasonings, and ingrediants that are beneficial to whatever treatment I've been on and this expanded his menu quite a bit.
