I am hoping to get off the Effexor asap. I think my plan is to wait a couple months (while taking vit E I eat lots of soy already) to see if I dont come out of chemopause naturally. If I dont I will try accupuncture to help with the hot flashes. At night (and most of the day) I am either hot and sweating or freezing. But at least I have kicked the Ativan habit (for sleeping)!
