PAID MARKET RESEARCH STUDIES FOR BREAST CANCER PATIENTS CURRENTLY ON KADCYLA (TDM1) TREATMENT (ANYWHERE IN U.S.)
(3 different studies pay $385, $350 and $100 depending on the study).

The study would take place around the time of your Kadcyla infusion. There are a few different study options being offered.
You'll be paid via Visa Gift Card 4-6 weeks after study is completed.

Patient/Nurse Ethnography ($385 for patient / $250 for nurse)

· 45 minute meeting with the patient before the infusion.
· 4 hour Ethnography at the infusion center with the patient and nurse.
· Incentive: $385 for the patient & $250 for the nurse

Patient/Caregiver Reflective Journal ($350 for patient; $125 for caregiver)

· Patient will complete a Reflective Journal mailed to their home over the course of 5 days. The journal is approximately 5-10 hours of work on your own time within the 5 days.
· A caregiver will complete another portion of the journal that should take approximately 1 hour.
· There will also be a one hour follow-up telephone call with the patient once the journal has been mailed back.
· The incentive for the patient is $250 for the journal and $100 for the follow-up call.
· The incentive for the caregiver is $125 for the journal

Patient Telephone Interview ($100)

· The patient will have a 60 minute telephone interview.
· The incentive is $100
