Thank you so much. I am really enjoying this day. I ran 3 miles at a beautiful reservoir (West Hartford, CT) which made me fell really good. I just ignored the numbness in my left shin , the ringing in my ears and slight double vision and seemed to do ok. Tonight my hubby and I are going out for dinner. It's a good day and I'm enjoying it. My mom made me a vegan Choc cake so I'm covered on that front too!

Yes, almost 100%. I do eat fish twice a month but stay away from meat, dairy entirely.
I also have 16oz of a Green Drink everyday (juice: Kale, bean sprouts, carrots, celery, cukes, apple, red pepper and lemon juice).

Hey Kris! Even though it is way past my bed time, I just felt pulled to log on tonight...and now I know why! Your birthday! HAPPY BELATED! It sounds like you had a nice day and a wonderful dinner with John. And I just so hope you gave yourself a bit of a break and splurged a bit...at least 2 pieces of that chocolate cake!
