Thanks to all that responded, I have alot of new options to try, did have 2 glasses of wine last night and that helped...guess I need to cut down on caffiene during the day too...I will ask the Dr when I go back on the 22nd...I have no problem going to sleep, just staying asleep...I ache, my mind wanders, I'm hot, I'm cold...maybe part of this is menopause related too...
