This would not prevent an onc from giving it "off label," but I expect most oncs to be conservative in this approach until more data or anecdotal info comes in.

Yipee!!!!!! Another weapon in our arsenal. I am so glad to finally hear that it has been approved. I am not sure at what point my onc. is going to use it, but I am sure she will.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Sure hope early stagers will be able to someday also get tykerb on board because of it's ability to cross the blood brain barrier since herceptin doesn't protect the brain at all.

Yeah!!! I think this paragraph is really encouraging also:
