ElaineM checking in

Just thought I will let you know I am still in physical therapy. I am challenging myself to walk a little further each day. I am also telling the therapists what I need to learn to get back to normal. Pain management can be a challenge, but I am hanging in there okay.
Take care everyone.

Thanks for the update Elaine and sending my good wishes you'll be back to your usual self very soon.:)

Helen have you asked to be referred to a pain management specialist?? if not you should ask about it and hope you can arrange this.

Delaney and others who asked about pain meds.
I can't tolerate Vicadin and other heavy duty pain meds because they made me too dizzy and tired to walk and do therapy, so I am managing on Motrin, Tylenol and topical solutions. Sometimes we just have to find ways to work through the pain.
Take care everyone.

Hi Elaine,
Thinking of you this morning and wondering how you're making out these days.

Soooo hoping you're able to walk pain-free through the paradise where you live!

Picturing you on the beach at Waikiki!
Denise
