Recently I became successful at finding a residency position in America. I am curious to know, is America prospective for trained Oncologist?

What do you mean by prospective? Lucrative? I would say yes.

I think this person means "are the prospects good." Like are there jobs to be had, etc.

If the residency is a success, then the recommendation will be good for a job search.
