As Steph said, even faceless companies are filled with real people. That woman, guided by whatever - her heart, our prayers, or a stong moral compass - succeeded in putting things right AND making thousands of us break down in tears.

I've been holding my breath waiting to hear! Whew- what a great story- nerve-racking for sure! I just think of all you've been through this past year, and yet you persevere each and every time. I too bet your Dad somehow had a hand in all of this!

My biggest concern for you, besides not having insurance, was the stress that you were experiencing. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO relieved that all is well. God bless that woman...and your Dad for his hand in this good resolution! :)
