I had an opportunity to attend the AICR conference in 2009. Out of all of the nutrition conferences I have been to in my 15 years of practice this was the absolute best. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Not only was the information and research excellent but every detail seemed to promote health (right down to the meals served).
