Happened to see this list while checking my e-mail today. Been eating lots of strawberies and avocados. Still am enjoying the figs from last summer (Elaine was the one who taught me how to freeze them?) Bought some spinach a couple of days ago, so the recipe will help...

Thanks Jackie. I believe that the more we learn about food and the best ways to nourish ourselves the better off we will be.
I also believe that we put in our bodies makes a big difference in our health, survival and how we respond to whatever treatments we are receiving. We may even have less side effects and less need to extra drugs to take care of various side effects, especially low blood counts and nausea if we try our best to eat healthy food.

Thanks for the link, Jackie. As I try to incorporate healthy foods in my diet it is so nice to see new recipes to try. Looking forward the spinach recipes also as I eat fresh spinach almost everyday.

I live in asparagus country and I cannot wait for it to be up! (of course it really needs to stop snowing!) This is a great list of delicious foods.
